【摘要】:Knowledgeofgassolubilityisofextremeimportanceinthelubricationofgascompressors.Itisbelievedtobeasubstantialfactorinboundarylubrication,wherethesuddenreleaseofdissolvedgasmaycausecavitationerosion,orevencollapseofthefluidfilm.Inhydraulicandsealoils,gasdissolvedathighpressurecancauseexcessivefoamingonreleaseofthepressure.Inaviationoilsandfuels,thedifferenceinpressurebetweentake-offandcruisealtitudecancausefoamingoutofthestoragevesselsandinterruptflowtothepumps.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheestimationoftheequilibriumsolubilityofseveralcommongasesencounteredintheaerospaceindustryinhydrocarbonliquids.Theseincludepetroleumfractionswithdensitiesintherangefrom0.63to0.90at288K(59F).Thesolubilitiescanbeestimatedoverthetemperaturerange228K(-50176;F)to423K(302176;F).1.2ThistestmethodisbasedontheClausius-Clapeyronequation,Henry''slaw,andtheperfectgaslaw,withempiricallyassignedconstantsforthevariationwithdensityandforeachgas.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
