【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofbrominatedepoxidenon-wovenreinforcedcore/wovenE-glassreinforcedsurfacelaminatesheetsofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest),copper-cladforlead-freeassemblyinthicknessesof0,60mmupto1,70mm.Theflammabilityratingisachievedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantsreactedaspartoftheepoxidepolymericstructure.Theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedtobe105°Cminimum.Somepropertyrequirementsmayhaveseveralclassesofperformance.Theclassdesiredshouldbespecifiedonthepurchaseorder,otherwisethedefaultclassofmaterialwillbesupplied.
