【摘要】:Addition:ThisParticularStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthesafetyofCARDIACDEFIBRILLATORSasdefinedin2.1.101,hereinafterreferredtoasEQUIPMENT.ThisParticularStandarddoesnotapplytoimplantabledefibrillators,remotecontrolDEFIBRIL-LATORS,externaltranscutaneouspacemakers,orseparatestandaloneCARDIACMONITORS(whicharestandardizedbyIEC60601-2-27).CardiacmonitorswhichuseseparateECGmonitoringelectrodesarenotwithinthescopeofthisstandardunlesstheyareusedasthesolebasisforAEDrhythmrecognitiondetectionorbeatdetectionforsynchronizedcardioversion.Defibrillationwaveformtechnologyisevolvingrapidly.Publishedstudiesindicatethattheeffectivenessofwaveformsvaries.Thechoiceofaparticularwaveformincludingwaveshape,deliveredenergy,efficacy,andsafetyhasbeenspecificallyexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.However,duetothecriticalimportanceofthetherapeuticwaveform,commentshavebeenaddedtotherationalewhichaddressconsiderationsinwaveformselection.

【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthepracticaladhesionstrengthandmechanicalfailuremodesofhard(VickersHardnessHV=5GPaorhigher),thin(8804;30956;m)ceramiccoatingsonmetalandceramicsubstratesatambienttemperatures.Theseceramiccoatingsarecommonlyusedforwear/abrasionresistance,oxidationprotection,andfunctional(optical,magnetic,electronic,biological)performanceimprovement.1.2Inthetestmethod,adiamondstylusofdefinedgeometry(RockwellC,aconicaldiamondindenterwithanincludedangleof120176;andasphericaltipradiusof200956;m)isdrawnacrosstheflatsurfaceofacoatedtestspecimenataconstantspeedandadefinednormalforce(constantorprogressivelyincreasing)foradefineddistance.Thedamagealongthescratchtrackismicroscopicallyassessedasafunctionoftheappliedforce.Specificlevelsofprogressivedamageareassociatedwithincreasingnormalstylusforces.Theforcelevel(s)whichproduceaspecifictype/levelofdamageinthecoatingaredefinedasacriticalscratchload(s).Thetestmethodalsodescribestheuseoftangentialforceandacousticemissionsignalsassecondarytestdatatoidentifydifferentcoatingdamagelevels.1.3ApplicabilitytoCoatings8212;Thistestmethodisapplicabletoawiderangeofhardceramiccoatingcompositions:carbides,nitrides,oxides,diamond,anddiamond-likecarbononceramicandmetalsubstrates.Thetestmethod,asdefinedwiththe200956;mradiusdiamondstylus,iscommonlyusedforcoatingthicknessesintherangeof0.1to30956;m.Testspecimensgenerallyhaveaplanarsurfacefortesting,butcylindergeometriescanalsobetestedwithanappropriatefixture.1.4PrincipalLimitations:1.4.1Thetestmethoddoesnotmeasurethefundamentaladhesionstrengthofthebondbetweenthecoatingandthesubstrate.Rather,thetestmethodgivesanengineeringmeasurementofthepractical(extrinsic)adhesionstrengthofacoating-substratesystem,whichdependsonthecomplexinteractionofthetestparameters(styluspropertiesandgeometry,loadingrate,displacementrate,andsoforth)andthecoating/substrateproperties(hardness,fracturestrength,modulusofelasticity,damagemechanisms,microstructure,flawpopulation,surfaceroughness,andsoforth).1.4.2Thedefinedtestmethodisnotdirectlyapplicabletometalorpolymericcoatingswhichfailinaductile,plasticmanner,becauseplasticdeformationmechanismsareverydifferentthanthebrittledamagemodesandfeaturesobservedinhardceramiccoatings.Thetestmethodmaybeapplicabletohardmetalcoatingswhichfailinabrittlemodewithappropriatechangesintestparametersanddamageanalysisproceduresandcriteria.1.4.3Thetestmethod,asdefinedwiththeRockwellCdiamondstylusandspecificnormalforceandrateparameters,isnotrecommendedforverythin(30956;m).Suchcoatingsmayrequiredifferentstylusgeometries,loadingrates,andrangesofappliednormalforceforusable,accurate,repeatableresults.1.4.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.TestdatavaluesinSIunits(newtons(N)forforceandmillimetres(mm)fordisplacement)aretobeconsideredasstandardandareinaccordancewithIEEE/ASTMSI10.1.4.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
