【摘要】:ThisdocumentestablishestheXMLencodingofthemethodofLocationReferencingusedbyTPEGapplications.TPEGapplicationscontaintheinformationrequiredbyaclientTPEGdecoder(i.e.bothLocationReferencingandeventinformation),topresentalltheinformationintendedfortheend-userwhenitwasoriginatedbytheserviceprovider.LocationReferencingrequiresaserviceprovidertogiveanimpressionorimage,tothehumanend-user,ofwhereaneventhastakenplace.Thiscannotbedoneeasilybecausethehumanend-usermayormaynotbefamiliarwiththelocation,tpeg-lochastheaddedchallengeofattemptingtobeaslanguageindependentaspossible.Thisisachievedbytheuseoftpeg-loctables(essentiallyword-orienteddataobjectdictionaries).tpeg-locistherecommendedLocationReferencingsystemforTPEG.Itprovideslocationdatainamachinereadableformthatallowsa"thick"clientsuchasanavigationsystemtomap-match,on-the-fly,tolocatetheeventbeingdescribedontoadigitalmapdisplay.However,itispossibletoadditionallyuseotherlocationmethods,suchasthe'Link-id'methodbysuitablymodifyingthetpegML.dtdtoincludetherelevantlines,e.g.:%link-idML;Itisvital,forfurtherunderstandingofthisdocument,tohavemorethanapassingunderstandingofthetpeg-locbinaryspecificationwhichdescribes,amongotherthings,inastep-bystepapproach:point,linkandareadefinitions,andhowtheyarestructuredtoprovideafullLocationReferencingsystem.

适用范围
本标准规定了锅炉用水、冷却水、原水及工业废水中总铁、总可溶性铁盒可溶性铁（Ⅱ）的测定方法，适用于测定铁的质量浓度范围为0.01mg/L~5mg/L 铁浓度高于5mg/L时可将样品适当稀释后再进行测定。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４２７—１９９３《锅炉用水和冷却水分析方法 铁的测定》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４２７—１９９３相比主要变化如下：
———删除了“４，７二苯基１，１０菲啉光度法”；
———增加了可溶性铁（Ⅱ）的内容。
